Alphabet Photos Fantastic for Scrapbooking!

Background found in software

*I received this software to facilitate this review. All opinions are my own!

This is just one of the beautiful backgrounds found in the! Isn’t it wonderful?! The letter pictures are just as beautiful and the software is easy to use if you follow the tutorial that comes with it. I spent a whole afternoon playing with the software, and incorporated it into my existing scrapbooking software. The kids even came to help out and threw out a handful of wonderful ways we can use this amazing software around the farm. Of course, labeling cabinets and drawers in my craft room seemed to top the list!

Here are some examples/ideas from the website…

I was so excited about this software, that I had to try to work up something immediately! Since I’m waiting to find out about my Dad’s cancer, he was at the top of my thoughts. I decided to work on something special using the picture I have of him and my (step)Mom. This is the sweet little project once it was finished…

Dad Project using software

I’m pretty happy with it! I need to embellish it a little, but I want to find the perfect papers and embellishments. I’ll know them when I see them!

I think the nameplate picture I made up for our living room is even nicer!

Name Plaque using software

I’m hoping to find some little farm animal embellishments to stick around the outside matting. I love the accent of the peacock feather from our peacock. I simply used the Red Barn Door Matte and printed the letters on top of that using my scrapbook software. So easy, and I just love the way it looks! I think I’ll crochet a simple lace to outline around the letters. So many ideas rolling around now!

I’m thinking this will come in very handy for Christmas time. I am going to have hubby make up some frames out of old fencing we have out in the pasture, and have some thin glass cut-to-size for them. I’ll Modge Podge some fabric to the back of the frame, print out the letters, and then Modge Podge the letters down on the fabric. Oh, my craft room is going to get a workout this Summer!

The software comes with both black & white, and sepia images. You can get the letters with a border or without. I chose without because I can easily put a border around them with my scrapbook software, if I really want one. They are quality photos and so very interesting. You get several pictures of each letter, which just makes it that much more interesting! Right now the ‘Classic’ letters (no border – the ones I chose), are 40% off! You can get them in download format or on a CD! You might want to go check this out now while it’s on sale!

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

  1. Sounds like an interesting program. I really need to get back into pictures (taking and posting in the house) I really like the Dad frame! 😀 <3

  2. Oh I had no idea they made software. I thought you had to purchase the individual letters. Awesome!! And I love the two items you made.

Hope your dad is ok <3

  3. I love both items.. but the Dad one is very special! Great idea!

  4. I LOVE those and I am dying to get some for my house. I want our last name and I also want “we have it all”.

  5. I’ve seen the different artists that do the alphabet art, and I’ve always liked it, but I’d be much more likely to purchase software. What a great idea! I’m so glad I saw your post because I had no idea this existed. Thanks!!

  6. This would be great for birthday party invitations for my little ones!
