I have a huge family … but ya’ll should know that by now. At holidays, my house is packed full. Usually we have around 20 – 25 people at the house on holidays, and that’s just family. If anyone brings someone (which does happen) or if friends or neighbors drop by (which does happen) then we have even more. That’s a lot of mouths to feed. That’s why I depend on the HoneyBaked store on I-45 in Spring, Tx .

At our house, when a holiday hits, my kids know, they had better show up with a side dish or a dessert. I always supply the main course, and what could be better than a huge HoneyBaked glazed ham? Just look at all the crispy, juicy, goodness!

Look at that HoneyBaked Crunch!

This magnificent topping is only one of the things that makes a HoneyBaked ham so fantastic! It’s almost a candy coating on the top of the ham. This makes my kids crazy. They’ll eat more ham, just to get the crunchy brown sugar coating!

Of course, HoneyBaked also has turkey breast (for those that don’t like ham!) and  all the sides, for a complete, fantastic holiday meal. I love the HoneyBaked Heat & Share Sweet Potato Souffle. It’s light and fluffy and has a wonderful spiced struesel topping made with pecans! HoneyBaked carries all the sides you could dream of to help your holiday meal be as perfect as possible.

You can heat a HoneyBaked ham for a warm centerpiece entree, but we like it just as much cold right out of the fridge. If you have any left over after your holiday, rest assured it makes fantastic sandwiches! This is how most of my family prefers it. Just peel off a slice of that pre-sliced, honey-sweet goodness and slap it between two pieces of bread. Instant sandwich!

Now, you are going to want to watch your little ones really closely. I caught my youngest son several years ago, sneaking chunks of the brown sugar & honey coating. Of course, we didn’t realize it until he had eaten almost half of it! The flavor from that crunchy coating seeps way down into a HoneyBaked ham when it’s cooking – before you ever get it home. It’s what makes HoneyBaked a holiday favorite.

  1. It has been quite a while since I’ve had Honeybaked before now. But to answer your question…I LOVE Potatoes and Rolls with my ham! That’s a staple for our Easter meals.

  2. We usually only do Easter brunch at my cousin’s house so we only get to enjoy a HoneyBaked ham at Christmas. Sometimes I think about just making one for no special occasion, but it’s just too much for just one family. 🙂

    • Oh, Karen! Don’t you know it freezes beautifully! I freeze any that is left over and us it in recipes whenever we need it. You can never have too much HoneyBaked Ham!!LOL!

  3. Honeybaked Ham is the best! I buy at least 3 Honeybaked hams a year, not to mention sides and lunch there from time to time.

  4. While I’m not a huge fan of ham in general, my hubby is British and LOVES it, especially Honey Baked hams! I get one just for him at Easter because I’ve really never baked a whole ham before and I would probably blow up the oven (I blew up my crock pot last week, so blowing up my oven isn’t outside the realm of possibility). We save a little of the left overs for soup and sandwiches, and then he takes the rest to work where it’s usually devoured in less than an hour . . . and those aren’t exactly small hams!

  5. My girls LOVE ham. I have never had a honey baked on though! Looks YUMMY!
