Shawl Galle – Fall Fashionista Prize
Remember the shawl I was working on as a prize for the Fall Fashionista Hop? Here are the pictures of that shawl. It turned out much nicer than I thought it would, and I think I may be making a couple of these as gifts for some friends. It really turned out to be a gorgeous shawl!
This shawl is amazingly easy to crochet. I’m glad that I decided to use Paton’s Lace Sequin Yarn. The shimmery sequins give the shawl an added elegance. I really hope the winner that received it loves it as much as I did, and as much as the people I showed it to loved it!
The picture above is toward the beginning of the shawl. Each of those circles is crocheted together. It wasn’t as hard as it seems when you first hear it! The part after the circles was really easy, but it was kind of monotonous. Seemed like it would never be finished!
I love this yarn so much! The sequins make this shawl even more special.
I still can’t believe how beautiful it turned out! It isn’t something I would wear very often, but I am thinking about making another for the Etsy Shop.
