Caralluma Fimbriata in the New Year

New Year, New You

*I received product to facilitate this review. All opinions are my own!

Are you looking into a healthier lifestyle for the New Year? I know one of my resolutions has been to eat healthier and to try to get a little more exercise. Writing for you is my passion, but I haven’t been getting up and moving nearly enough. I’ve put on a few extra pounds because of that, and Hubby very clearly told me it’s because I am not getting as much exercise. In fact, I believe his words were, “It’s because all you do is sit at that computer all day.” So, I set my resolutions and incorporated Bri Nutrition Caralluma Fimbriata into my routine as well.

Caralluma Fimbriata

Caralluma Fimbriata suppresses the appetite, and boosts energy levels. What I like about it is that I never get that jittery feeling that most supplements like this give me. I don’t feel hungry, and that keeps me from stuffing my face quite so much. I still have the energy to get up and go walk around noon-time, and then again with my son in the evenings. He’s agreed to be my walking partner to try to help me lose the weight because he knows if I weigh less, the arthritis in my knees will bother me less. He’s such a good kid.

I'm eating healthier!

I’m eating better too. I’m working more fruits and vegetables into our menu, and doing my best to work the junk food out. I’m keeping celery, carrot sticks, and grapes up in the front of the fridge. They keep me from reaching for the chips up over the washing machine, or the brownie mix in the back of the pantry. I’m still drinking my morning coffee, but I’m trying to stick with making resolutions I know I’ll keep. If I swear off coffee I know I’ll never make it!

You can win a bottle of Caralluma Fimbriata to help you with your resolutions too! Just enter on the Rafflecopter form below!

My resolution is to add more fruits and vegetables to my diet. I always struggle to eat enough, so I have started replacing other foods with fruit and veggies.
