No Sting in Bee’s Wrap!

*I received product to facilitate this review. All opinions are my own.

I’ve reviewed a lot of products, but Bee’s Wrap is one of my very favorite.

Bee's Wrap is sustainable, and uses minimal packaging!

Since I received this amazing wrap, it’s what I’ve been wrapping my husband’s bread in – for his lunches every day. First I guess I should explain, for those who don’t know, my husband does not want his sandwiches made for him and put in his lunch box. He says they get soggy. So, I put his meat and cheese in a container, a small bottle of mustard, two sodas and two cold packs in his lunch every day. Until recently, his bread was wrapped in a paper towel, and then slid into a reusable bag, which is then put into an outside pocket on his lunch box. Lately, I’ve been wrapping it in a sheet of Bee’s Wrap before putting it into the reusable bag.

Bee's Wrap is perfect for sandwiches!

This past week there were three days where my husband didn’t eat his lunch. In the past I would have to feed the bread to the ducks, geese, or chickens. That is all in the past. The bread in this video was wrapped in Bee’s Wrap from the first day – Tuesday, until he ate it Friday …

See how soft it is? It springs right back when it’s pressed, just like a fresh piece of bread! This tells me that I can trust Bee’s Wrap to keep whatever I wrap in it, fresh.  It’s made up of beeswax, jojoba oil, and cotton cloth. Warm it in your hands and it forms to a bowl, or whatever you wrap in it. Wrap it around a wedge of cheese. It will keep everything you wrap it in fresh, and tasty. It’s washable, in cool water with a mild dish soap, then just hang to dry. You can’t be any more sustainable than Bee’s Wrap. I won’t buy any more plastic wrap, but I will keep a good supply of Bee’s Wrap on hand!

Bee's Wrap Up Close

What would you wrap in Bee’s Wrap?

Comments

  1. I am in love with my bee’s wrap too 🙂 No more spending money on plastic wrap

  2. I’ve got to pick up some Bees Wrap. It’s so hard to keep food fresh when you pack it for the day.

  3. I’ve got to give Bees Wrap a try. My kids’ sandwiches always get so stale when I wrap them. This should fix that!

    • If my husband didn’t eat his lunch before, I’d have to feed the bread to our birds because it was rubbery or hard. Now, I just leave it in the Bee’s Wrap and put it back in his lunch box the next day!

  4. I would probably have to use it on my sandwiches! Over the years I got use to eating Soggy sandwiches, because I knew that’s what I had to eat. But What Id have given to have a non soggy one!

  5. Robin Rue (@massholemommy) says:

  6. This is such a cool new product! I would wrap all our sandwiches on the go!

  7. This stuff sounds amazing! I will have to get some and give it a try! I would definitely wrap sandwiches in this paper, and possibly cookies. They don’t seem to last more than a few days on the counter in Tupperware or plastic bags.

  8. Danielle K says:

I definitely need to get some of this. My husband also hates having soggy sandwiches at work so this would be perfect.

    • I think the trick is to keeping a sandwich from getting soggy, is to wrap the bread separately from the meat and cheese, and avoiding condiments until you put the sandwich together. Keeping the bread fresh during transport is where this fantastic Bee’s Wrap makes it’s mark. I am still trying to get over it being so fresh after four days when it is usually rubbery, or dried out.

  9. Wow I haven’t ever heard of this before. This sounds awesome. I would use it for. Sandwiches at the park and outings! This sounds much better than wrap!
