Trim Healthy Mama – Do It The Easy Way

Pearl Barrett and Serene Allison have done it. They’ve found a way to help us all trim down and be healthy easily! The Trim Healthy Mama Plan gives us all the easiest possible way to trim down and eat healthier without taking the fun out of food. You don’t have to be an exercise fanatic or a gourmet chef to follow this plan either!

Great recipes in the Trim Healthy Mama Cookbook!

The Trim Healthy Mama Plan has menu plans, time-saving tips and lifestyle advice to help you get the most out of this easy Plan. There is a list of Super Foods to help you and even a chapter on Eating OUT! There are chapters for every kind of mom out there – pregnant, working, snacking, vegetarian, allergen-free and even moms on a budget.

The Trim Healthy Mama Cookbook is AMAZING. I haven’t made any of the recipes yet, but we will be having the Mufflets on page 237 for breakfast on Saturday morning. The way the plan works is that the ingredients work together to help boost your metabolism and make your body work for you.  That means there are a few specific ingredients that a lot of you won’t automatically have in your pantry. You can substitute for those products but it does make a difference in the plan. I found I’m only missing a few products in their  Superfoods and Specialty Food Stars list. I will be purchasing these products and we will be putting the Trim Healthy Mama Plan into action.
