The Trim Healthy Mama Cookbook is AMAZING. I haven’t made any of the recipes yet, but we will be having the Mufflets on page 237 for breakfast on Saturday morning. The way the plan works is that the ingredients work together to help boost your metabolism and make your body work for you. That means there are a few specific ingredients that a lot of you won’t automatically have in your pantry. You can substitute for those products but it does make a difference in the plan. I found I’m only missing a few products in their Superfoods and Specialty Food Stars list. I will be purchasing these products and we will be putting the Trim Healthy Mama Plan into action.
