Do You Remember Colorforms?

I can remember playing with Colorforms vinyl clings sticker playsets for hours when I was younger. I used the characters on the scene to make up stories that I would tell my brother. It’s crazy how much fun we had with the simpler toys. Kids today seem to always be on some digital gadget or another. Well, now, Colorforms are BACK!

Colorforms Vinyl Clings Are Back with New and Amazing Formats!

For those of you who don’t remember Colorforms, they are amazing vinyl clings sets that have a background and character ‘stickers’ that you can move around on the background. I remember the very first set had a black background and different color shapes that you used to make pictures. THAT set took some real imagination. I also had Disney character sets that I loved!

Yes, Colorforms are back, and they have been updated for today with new characters and formats. Colorforms has always been good about keeping their characters current and up-to-date. That’s really been easy lately, since a lot of the comic book heroes, are making a major comeback! I would think they could use many of the same background formats and vinyl clings shapes. Speaking of formats … there are some crazy new ones you need to see!

Colorforms vinyl Clings BIG Wall Minions set. Stickers you can play with on the wall!

What do you think about that?! Yes! Stickers the kids can put on the wall! You won’t be having to scrape for hours, or repaint after removing these though! They are actually vinyl clings, with NO real ‘sticky’. I personally love this Minions set. I’ve been in love with the Minions since they made their debut (and stole the show) in the movie, Despicable Me. Now, I can have them all over my craft room! They will be perfect for the grandkids to play with while I work! See, I put the Minion vinyl clings on my cabinet to give you an idea of their size …

Colorforms are static vinyl clings - they stick almost anywhere!

Then, there are the standard sets. These are sort of the type of Colorforms set that I remember playing with. The big difference is, mine was one flat board. Now there are four different flip-over scenes! Colorforms sure have come a long way. There’s even a digital app you can use to make the play more lifelike. Since you can do anything with an app now days, and since kids think everything has to be digital, this was genious!

I have a grandson that will LOVE this Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Colorforms vinyl clings set!

Another great idea are these two sets (On The Go and Take Along packs), for carrying anywhere and everywhere. If kids have to wait, they can get tired and antsy. With these Colorforms On-The-Go or Take Along packs, they will have something to do to occupy their time without whining! You can fit these in the car, diaper bag, or your purse for those long wait emergencies.

Better yet, why don’t you skip over to the Baby and Beyond Giveaway Hop, and try to all of these sets in my giveaway? Then, hop around to a few of the other giveaways and see what else you can win!
