Leprechaun and More for WIP Wednesday

Leprechaun and More for WIP Wednesday

Wordless Wednesday becomes WIP Wednesday

I’ve been missing Wordless Wednesday. If you don’t know what Wordless Wednesday is, I’ll try to explain. Way back in the day, when I first started blogging, Wordless Wednesday was an easy way for bloggers to get content out. It was kind of a ‘freebie day’, where we would post pictures we had taken during the week, and share them with our readers. I don’t know many bloggers that still do Wordless Wednesday, but I am missing it! I’ve decided to switch it up a little and turn it into “WIP” (Work In Progress) Wednesday. This way, I can share pictures of what I’m working on (this week there is a leprechaun!). These items may or may not end up in my Etsy shop when I open it back up. I’ll let you know, with each item, as we go along.

A Leprechaun for St. Patty’s Day

This little ‘Leprechaun Noggin Pal Amigurumi’ comes from a pattern by Mary Smith. You can find this pattern on Ravelry HERE. He will not show up in my Etsy shop – at least not this year. This year I will be giving him away in the Lucky Clover Giveaway Event (along with a Precious Moments figurine!).

This Lucky Leprechaun just needs his boots and he'll be done!

Another project I’m working up is the Unnamed Monster Pattern from AmigurumiToGo. (He looks a lot like the monster from the book, Where The Wild Things Are.) I am in love with his belly button! So far he’s working up pretty easily. If you have trouble there is a video at that link as well, to help you get him finished up. I can hardly wait to see how he’ll turn out! I also have a pattern for Max, from Allison McDonough, which I’ll work up when I finish this one. These are a huge possible for the shop.

My monster from "Where The Wild Things Are". He's gonna be cute!

I’m almost finished with these sweet little bunnies. They will definitely be in my Etsy Shop. This dusty blue bunny is the little boy and he’ll wear a cute pair of overalls, and carry a carrot. The little girl bunny is a pinkish-white and she’ll be wearing a cute yellow dress, and carry a basket of carrots. I’m not sure if I should sell them together or separate them. You could let me know what you think in the comments – sell together, or separate?

I just need to sew up the blue bunny and make their clothes!

That’s all that’s in my WIP pile right now. I’ve decided to start working up patterns from my Pinterest as well. Go check them out and let me know what you might want to see next!

What project should I work on next?
